1991 1st in both the R.D.S. Dublin& Milstreet. He went on to enjoy a highly successful first year of In-Hand Showing as a foal.
1992 3rd in the All-Ireland Yearling Colt class in Northern Ireland & 4th at the National Show in Claremorris a class that had a Large entry of some of the countries top Colts of the year.
1994/95 Parkmore competed in hunter under saddle classes & 1st level Dressage. He never placed out of the top five & continued to gather his fan club. At the '95 National Show he was the only Purebred Stallion competing in the performance section, then just Dressage classes, where he picked up scores in the 60's beating many seasoned horses.
1996 was surely to be Parkmore's year, He kicked off by finishing 3rd in the winter showjumping league in March & was Approved for Performance Testing by the Irish Horse boardin April. From here he showed his friends & fans how much he loves to Jump, producing 32 Double clear rounds in just 8 weeks. Meaning he jumped 4 competitions per week without knocking a pole or producing a time fault. He ended his year in October on an all time High being Approved to be a Registered Irish Draught Stallion & picking up close to top marks for Confirmation, Movement, Temperament & Athleticism.
Parkmore also competed in the stallion class at the RDS in ’97 ,’98 & ’99 consistently finishing in the top ten & always proving to be a crowd pleaser.
In 1998 he was one of the only R.I.D. stallions competing at the R.D.S. who also had progeny competing in the 3,4 & 5 year old jumper classes, with one of his sport horse 3 y.o.’s finishing 10th in a very well contested loose jumping final.
Parkmore was competed in "Young Riders" for th 2000 jumping Season by a young 19 year old rider who was a good friend & associate of the family, he adored the horse & enjoyed highs & lows throughout the season managing to win a few ribbons.Little did Parkmore know that he was being ridden by the future Olympic champion CIAN O'CONNOR.
Sired the 2000 All-Ireland Irish Draught filly foal Champion.
Won - high jumpers, gamblers choice & working hunter classes Reserve Working Hunter Champion, Reserve PerformanceChampion & took the Kilcolgan cup for "Jumper Champion".
2007 1st at the KDA show in the IBC (Irish Draught) at the Kentucky Horse Park
