Pride of Shaunlara R.I.D., was by Milestone & out of Boston Burglar, he was probably one of Irelands best known Irish Draught Stallions of all time, he was not only a champion but a Sire of many champions. Pride was the foundation sire at Suma Stud, Co.Meath. Arriving there at 9 years old, he was broken & riding within 5 days. The old boy went on compete in the showjumping arena, Parade in the RDS & enjoy a delightful Hunting career. The Pride had excellent confirmation & presence, He was loved by all who met him.   
Pride of Shaunlara.’s  Registered sons include: Silver Hunter, Pride of Toames, Enniskeane Pride & King Elvis to name but a few and  his registered mares include: Suma's Mega, Suma's Folkfore, Suma's Legend, Bella's Pride & Thatcher’s Pride.




Parkmore Jewel R.I.D. was by Atlantic Boy & out of Derryfrench Rose. She was owned by Patrick Wafer of Carnew in Co.Wicklow. Parkmore Jewel was undoubtedly one of Irelands leading Irish Draught mares of all time.She was well put together, quite light & very athletic.She was the first Irish Draught mare to win the exclusive R.D.S. Breeders Championship at the Dublin Horse Show in 1990,  a class normally dominated by Thoroughbred & half bred Broodmares.This was an exceptional win for any mare/foal combination(the competition being judged 50% mare & 50% foal for confirmation & movement), Parkmore Jewel proved that the Irish Draught Horse could compete on any stage.  She was Irish national R.I.D. mare champion & winner of numerous other titles. This fabulous mare had many friends & admirers, she always a popular winner. She produced such registered stallions Carrick Gold RID & Parkmore night ISH. Her registered mares include Parkmore Chance.
